Your modern fighting Wing Chun is very beautiful. Do you have your own shadow boxing? Like kick boxing or Muay Thai.

I keep hitting my knuckles when going fast. What am I doing wrong? I am not trained by a Wing Chun Sifu, I just tried to learn on my own. I come from Karate & Taekwondo. I tried hitting accurately. So the fist has to somehow get out of the way when the next comes in. And I cant get if out of the way fast enough. Its already somewhat fast but I see it way faster by others. I just get 3-5 punches per second. I see people do like 6-8 per sec. I use 6kg weights for increasing my strength.

Η πιο δυνατή γροθιά είναι όσες έχουν μέσα δύναμη από το κάτω σώμα με στροφή από τα άκρα την λεκάνη την μέση μέχρι τους ώμους και μετά τα χέρια.

Έτσι ακριβώς ρε αλάνι! Τα χέρια, είναι στην πραγματικότητα οι φορείς της δύναμης. Αυτός είναι και ο λόγος, που ένας καλός πυγμάχος που ζυγίζει, ας πούμε, 70 κιλά, δίνει πολύ δυνατότερες γροθιές από έναν παουερ λιφτερ,που ζυγίζει 80 κιλά. Είναι προφανές, ότι αντικειμενικά τα χέρια του δεύτερου είναι πολύ δυνατότερα. Ωστόσο, την ώρα της κρούσης, το χτύπημα του δεν θα έχει ούτε την μισή δύναμη από αυτό του πρώτου. Αποτι κατάλαβα, δικός μας είσαι και εσύ. Τι κάνεις, πυγμαχία ή wing chun?
