Thank you. Your visual with the strings was very helpful. After many frustrating tries I have a popsicle tensegrity too.
@sirweebs29144 жыл бұрын
So you could actually do that with any kind of rope or string? How about a translucent fishingpole string? It should hold quite a bit of weight and I wouldnt mind a "floating" TV table or if that's too heavy a small table for a lamp for example. But for now the small version is just as cool I will try to build it.

Its incredible what is possible. I’m assuming the middle applies an upward force but the side strings hold it in place?

Thank you, i want try to make it. But, how can i make the hole in popsicles if i don't have a drill?
@Knightly_Artworks4 жыл бұрын
If you have a nail and a hammer, and a LOT of patience, you could use a small nail to carefully put a hole into the wood. Of course, I imagine with a popsicle stick, the odds of splitting the wood are very high, so I'd be sure to have a lot of spares with you just in case

Nice work! This looks very cool! I also made one, but there is no rope in the middle, "anti-gravity" succeeded!
@@NOIR.Workshop interesting... is there a magnet involved?

@@stormshockin yes, I use magnet (is illusion 😉)

An object hovering in mid-air without any external support is called a gravity defying object. Could you post a video explaining that. If the table is supported with rope, howcome does it defy gravity.

I have it too, it's a set you cany buy, but if you get it, I recommend getting some strong double-sided tape as well, as the stuff provided is not as good as it should be. The fan blades may stick to the frame, but they don't curve with said frame, so they have VERY little surface area sticking them to the actual structure! Or you could somehow mcgyver it. Either works
