For anyone criticising them for talking about their lifestyle changes - adults are allowed to change their behaviour when presented with new information and ideas. They’re just sharing that new information, they aren’t telling anyone what to do or attacking them. It’s ok to change and better yourself - to me that’s what it looks like they’re doing and that deserves praise and encouragement. I tell that to my young students, so it baffles me when I see grown adults making nasty comments.

I started keto (OMAD) following one of your earlier videos. I cut out processed foods, carbs, flour & nitrates & now only eat organics, grass fed (including naked & kerrygold) organic free range eggs and all non farmed salmon, pure olive oil, broccoli & cauliflower and no processed items. I lost 3 stone in 4 months, so thank you. Love your vids x

Another great video guys. The price of olive oil has rocketed by 80% due to the bad harvests in the Mediterranean affecting the growth or lack of growth of olives due to it. Depending on which European country, it will either be issues with severe drought or issues with heavy hail storms which then caused wide-spread flooding which wiped out olive crops. Hope this helps. I went from a size 18 /20 to a 14 and still losing by not eating any carb snacks, no bread, no pasta but sodium Alginate spaghetti . 1 carb only 20 carbs a day. No processed food. I cook all my own meals with nice fresh ingredients. I’ll get in a size 12 soon, I drink bubbly water. No sodas, 1 coffee a day, green Chinese tea, seaweed pasta. I did this in 5 months. First I started carnivore and lost my appetite then I transitioned to my 20 carbs a day .

Martin Olive oil has gone up because of a drought in Spain we went to Seville in the summer and the shops there had the oil under lock and key because of the price people were shop lifting it
