What more could you ask for. nice little camp out, good friend, great woodfired steaks. nice beer. and NO RAIN! that worked out fine. You can't beat a Woodfired Steak for a great taste. I/we have a small fire pit in the back yard and I oft times cook some steaks almost similar to what Shane die. wood fired. good bed of coals. I have a rack that sits over some big stones that the pit is made of. I could takst those steaks that Shane cooked and you both enjoyed. thanks so much for taking this old man along enjoyed it immensely! de Ellis WA1RKS

I wish I could send you enough firewood from some of our hardwood species eg leadwood, mopane, camel thorn to try with your next barbecue...but maybe you will use them for knife scales!😃 The taste of the meat, from the smoke, is fantastic👌🏻 Looking forward to your next one!

Great micro adventure. Keep it simple and it's so easy and great fun. Love the idea of stashing some beer too - will it be there , or replaced with something else next time you camp there? Beer stashing (a bit like geocaching) sounds a great idea - find someone's beer stash and replace it with some other brew!
