sorry about the quality of the vid, my computer was playing up so had to use a app,
before anyone says anything about been out, this is 10 min from my house and i walked in, part of my daily exercise, but i just needed to chill in the woods for a hour, and how much better i felt for doing so, mental exercise is a must aswell, stay safe out there people, ;)
