Nice too see the kitchen on the right side, that is what most of the USA Pick Up Campers do and I always wonder why the Disco"s have the kitchen on the the left! Now I see it "right"for the first time and I think now, in combination with the back door table its possible, Thank you very much....

A group have got together to 'look after' Loch Ken, and fund that clown of a Ranger that probably gave you grief. They are ruining the entire area with fences and wee rules and nonsense. The council are brilliant, a guy goes round and hands out trowels and poo bags and pocket ashtrays and all sorts, and just sort of makes sure folk areny taking the pish. As for Red Deer. there's a Red Deer Range down past New Galloway, but I've never seen any in the wild. (I live on Loch Ken) Loch Doon is packed with folk camping in the summer.

Crazy because 9 times out of 10, people respect what we have, its a pity that 1% spoil it for others, he did have a chip on his shoulder, we are responsible wild campers and leave no trace, but I do understand there is them that don't respect what we have,

Great vid lads wee bit o info on the castle at Loch doon. it was rebuilt in that location was previously on the island at Loch doon. It was moved when they flooded the area for the hydro program. The road yous were on leads onto the Carrick forest drive with more lochs. It leads to some nice roads in the lower parts of galloway.
