Woodland knife show

Today Ben and Lois are in the woods enjoying the late August weather. They have brought along a nice selection of knives which they wanted to show you. They have a nice good selection of designs for different tasks from woodcarving to general Bushcraft.

No problem good question If you don have the ricasso then one you will mess up the handle material when sharpening. Plus with the Mora handles they are injection molded handles. With these style of handle you would have a bad bond and likely would make the handle fail or allow ingress of material underneath the handle scales. Hope that helps explain Many thanks cheers Ben

Hi Ben, just wondering if you are still forging your carving tools, or if there is a certain time of year I should watch for them? I have been looking to try to get a small crook knife, a right handed single bevel Gransfors Bruks axe, and possibly a drawknife as well. Cheers, Christopher
