The WB2000 features a heavy-duty frame and cutting head design. This sawmill can work with blade widths from 75 mm to 100 mm. With a 75 mm wide cutting belt (available with 22.22 mm and 28.50 mm pitch), this sawmill features low blade operating costs.
In order to ensure the best possible visibility of the material being processed, in accordance with CE requirements, two cameras are installed as standard to monitor the machine's operation. Up to four cameras can be mounted as an option.
A 12-inch touch panel allows you to control and display the following parameters of the machine's operation: the dimensions of the boards and squared timbers along with the current head height, the position of the cutting head on the bed, and the current power consumption of the main motor. The EC version uses a 5.7-inch touch panel with the latest version of the SW PLC3 automatic cutting thickness setting device.
The modern-designed and robustly constructed bed allows logs weighing up to 6 tons to be processed. The frame of the WB2000 sawmill is formed by two massive steel channel bars of dimensions: 400 mm by 110 mm. All components of the hydraulic system, such as the log press, chain pivot, rotary roller, side drag and dual-function press, form a variety of hydraulic packages appropriately selected to meet customer needs.
In a sawmill, the WB2000 can be used as an independent machine and/or as a complementary unit to an existing log processing line. The available hydraulic packages and frame lengths make the machine very versatile and can be used for sawing large-diameter, hard, short, as well as building material with a maximum length of 12 meters.
