Fun project Rob and it turned out nice. Made me think of a camping trip we went on in around 1977. We forgot a pancake turner so I got up and sat by the campfire and made one with a hatchet. I could have waited as we were camping with a few other families and their kids but it was fun to do.

Great job Copper. I think I would have done some cutting of the blade on the band saw to save sanding so much, but you did a great sanding it away on the sander. Lovely.

nice work - I've made several and people really like them. I know it's a fair amount of work to sand the blade, so I pre-shape it on the bansaw before chucking the stock on the lathe.
