Woodturning Bowl With Strips

In this week's woodturning project, I made a bowl out of Plywood combined with Resin and an Interesting Pattern made of small wooden strips. For the finish i used Wood Wax. Hope you enjoy the video.

I have watched every one of your videos. Your artistry is amazing. I think this bowl is my very favourite. I'd love one just like it - with a lid. My cats would take everything out of a bowl without a lid. :)

I don't do woodturning, but I marvel at someone who's so good at it. What I really like is your imagination and vision for what MIGHT BE! I also like seeing people work with plywood - to turn what was a purely utilitarian material into art. This piece looks like you made it from scrap material (other than the resin). Great idea!

Great original idea. I think the piece came out well, too. I do not think you did yourself or your idea justice in your species selections. The protrusions that formed the pattern exhibit a ho-hum grain pattern that looks more than a tad ordinary. Would love to see you do something like this again with more attractive species. But again, my overall impression is quite positive. Keep up the original ideas. Nice work.
