I have a few ideas, but you'll need to wait a bit longer I think :)

Well !...there ya go !... So industrious...I bet you could build just about anything... Even the wood was beautiful...sometimes I miss my manufacturing days... Have a glorious weekend...hope to see you next week..👍😉...🌿🌿🌿

Thank you so much Pamela! I think I can build a lot of things I just lack the patience the make it more refined. I figure good is good enough as it's only a tool and might wear out with use anyway... or at least that's my excuse ;-)

@@RubenWoodcraft ah yes...tools...I do believe you have patience with what matters..and as you said.. it'll wear our eventually...no excuses needed..👍😉...🌿🌿🌿

I really like to see these kind of videos where people take it on to themselves to create stuff instead of relying on industry !

thanks Louie. I do need a set of those base runners though otherwise I need to unscrew the wooden jaws before I can unscrew the flat jaws....

Love the idea. One enhancement might be to use a cam-shaped piece for each of the 4 clamping points.

@@dakotamax2 this is one of those projects that seemed really practical, but I haven't used much. Thanks for watching!

Excellent design, Ruben!! Looking forward to seeing it in action, and just how creative you can get with it.

Hi Ruben, This one I'm keeping for reference. I can buy these from Axminster here in the UK but they are quite expensive. Now I have a design to make my own. Thanks Ruben. Take care my friend. Cheers, Huw

Thanks Huw. I still use the flat jaws, but you could mount directly to the chuck I guess.. but that sounds tricky
