Woodturning - The Apple Tree Lamp

Bit of a story behind this tree trunk, must have been about 3 years ago the Mrs was looking online for something and found this Apple tree trunk advertised as "free", the previous owners had cut the tree back many years ago and just left this in the ground, seemed a shame to let it go to waste, so off we went to force it in the back of the the car!
I then started to turn it around about January last year in the old workshop, then left it until recently to fully dry out.
Finished in several coats of Danish oil.

Hi Matt the apple wood is lovely I did wonder what you was going to do with the apple wood when you cut into sections but the putting resin with it was a fabulous idea .
