Woodturning - Top Craft Fair Seller - Natural Edge Bowl

In this week’s woodturning video, Harry and I dive into our stash of Bradford Pear wood.
I recently had a craft fair and realized that I only had one natural edge shallow bowl on the table. Nearly every customer that entered the booth looked at it and picked it up. I suddenly realized I needed some more cause all my other ones had sold!
So here we are making a natural edge bowl with this Bradford Pear wood I picked up due to recent storm.

Great turning; as always, but could I please ask what grinds you use on the gouges? Did you use a 'bottom feeder' to flatten the base of the inside of the bowl? If you did, how does it differ from the regular gouges please. Many thanks.
