@@connorhale599because the Bible condemns what you are doing. Man can’t change the Bible to suit their desires. They will lose more people than they gain. As soon as their churches are overrun by men wearing dresses as is happening in the Presbyterian Church it will become abundantly clear why this behavior is condemned in scripture!

The apostates always try to imply that they are following God by accepting whatever people do. Jesus never did that. He accepted that we are flawed and called for the forgiveness and remission of sin. Jesus loved the sinner but abhorred the sin. Jesus walked among sinners but he didn’t become one nor did he condone their sins. If men believe they can declare one sin acceptable then pretty soon why not just say all sins are acceptable? Why not say lying, stealing, adultery and fornication are all acceptable simply because people, in their weakness, want to engage in those actions? Let’s just lower ourselves to every form of squalor and tell ourselves that it’s what God wants because he is “love”?

all of you saying that this is hate have a very funny argument: Jesus said to not hate sinners, this is true, hen by some flawed logic you are saying that this means we accept sin without any problem. no one needs to hate gay people, they have been mislead and need to repent of their sin, simply trying to blot out the bible leads you with nothing to follow. The comments aren’t hateful. Just because someone doesn’t agree with this ridiculous edict doesn’t make it hateful. Homosexuality is condemned by the Bible, as is fornication, murder and theft. You don’t just pass edicts to change the parts of the bible you don’t want to follow and still call yourself a Christian. This silly whim will be their doom. @@pcn545 Jesus didn’t condone sinful behavior. He forgave sinners. He did not become one! Nor did he condone or support their sinful actions. Being a Christian doesn’t mean accepting whatever people do or say. Being Christian doesn’t mean we need to support immoral behavior. Christ, who is our example, didn’t condone sin and neither should we as his followers. Apostates always turn Jesus’ forgiveness into an excuse to keep sinning and they pretend that is what God would want but there is nothing in the Bible that even remotely implies such a thing!
