This is amazing! With a rickety workbench and minimal tools, you do better work than I do with the latest and greatest tools available from Amazon. I need to take another look at what I'm doing with woodwork and why. Thanks for posting your videos. I love them!

Amazingly precise works! What I like most that your tools are simple. You don't need several sophisticated chisels, saws, mallets and workbench only those old ones that you work with.

I too enjoy watching this man work, and I’m watching him use that handmade drill and drill bit and I’m thinking wow if he could use a crank drill then all of sudden I see a “Bosch” power drill laying on the floor.

Why are the two keys, tapped into place beginning at 09:15, needed on the castle joint? Do they serve a structural purpose or are they ornamental?

H Carpentry, while you make some of the better videos on wood craft joinery; have you ever thought about explaining how to layout and color in the parts that you are removing? Also if you speak add some speaking parts to them also. Can you please send me a 20 page booklet on how you make and with illustrations. So we can use these terrific items. I want to build a small bunk house in the Philippines jungles where I am now living in a tent. Are you the guy who went to Japan? If so please tell me what or where I can take a class there. I am 74 years old and your video has enlighten me on what I can do just plugging along life’s road .
