the author does like to from scratch, shaping and trimming wood from large blocks into fine finished products. kzbin.infoUgkxD-QRFQz730FJEh4f9BYSf-nkIMIC9hL_ as another reviewer mentioned, most projects require a lot of high-dollar equipment that most of us dont have the room or budget for. But, knowing how to do these things, even if we wont be able to practice the full stack project, is still great.

I agree..this was so superbly easy to made using my imaginary drill press and scroll saw..ive made at least 100 of these just now..👊

Yeah, it's incredibly easy to make if you have all the fancy machines 😉

The drill press is pretty sweet, but you can use a chisel and regular drill. The whole thing is actually not that bad with hand tools. But anything with hand tools takes a bit of time

Not really disagreeing with your point, but that's actually a bandsaw and a mortiser. Slightly different tools, but everything in this build can be done with much less expensive tools.

Lovely project, but just one thing: you are encouraging your watchers to use a very sharp chisel and push it towards your hand. If it was to slip, it's half a day on hospital, at least. Think again about your example. Clamp your work. Do not rely on hand holding.
@gilbertduran87082 жыл бұрын
I guess you don't need a $4k table saw, a $1k sanding system or a $700 sliding power miter saw to do some good work. Very nice work . Keep doing good work and showing it on KZbin.
I'll never get over the fact that you can put a square tube over a round drill bit and get square holes. One of those things i always have a hard time wrapping my admittedly slow witted mind.

Same complaint different project. Why do you do your very excellent work, design work and workmanship with framing grade lumber. I've got plenty of black walnut, plenty of cherry and plenty of white oak to build such a bench with. Seriously man your work warrants a long step up in your choice of materials. Best regards young man and keep up the excellent, excellent work.
