The chairs would look more complimentary to the checker board of the table top if the backs were square and there were two chairs, one with a red square back and a second with a white square back. Nice game table!

Впечатление очень двоякое - на вид проделана очень большая работа, но: столешница нахера такая тяжелая и явно диаметром больше диаметра ножек - при попытке встать и опереться на столешницу удар по своей ноге гарантирован приличным куском дуба? (или чего там пилится) весом хрен знает сколько - точка равновесия весьма далека от устойчивой (по физике товарищу два раза по ноге молотком :). Шахматную ножку, хотя на нее потрачено дохера труда - просто не видно (дизайн - ноль). Ножки опоры, хотя и фигурные - выглядят как из самого дешевого дерева от поддонов. И самое главное - товарищ умеет пользоваться фрезером, но нихера не знает, что такое шаблоны - при шаблонах можно было все сделать раз в пять быстрее, а возить фрезером по двадцать раз и потом добивать стамеской - это удовольствие так себе. Вывод - трудолюбие - это хорошо, но красиво и удобно - это разные вещи. Стул в вид

You put in all that hard work and build a grand chess table, but you use cheap dollar store plastic chess pieces to play on it?????? That's like buying a Rolls-Royce and putting Suzuki tires on it, AND you need to re-orient your chess table, a1-h8 for white's pieces. The game you guys played was in null an void before even the first move, cauee your board was out of position.
