He has slipped up, he's also not denying anything. Big difference between denying and saying I don't recall. He's indirectly saying threat killed Nut, but he can't recall if Thug gave the orders. If you listen to his testimony all these months, 1 things clear. Woody was YSL's shooter. At some point YSL turned on Woody after Nuts killing, which ironically Woody had nothing to do with. It seems like Woody DID in fact lie about Thug and other YSL members killing Nut, not because they didnt do it, but because he really didn't know. But he knows Threat had the vehicle during the time of the murder, and in process of elimination means Threat did it. He doesn't know if the others were present. If they tie Young Thugs location anywhere near threat at the time of the shooting, he's cooked. And it sounds like they have cell phone location data placing Thug at the McDonald's near Nuts house. It's not looking good for Thug.
