If you cough too much it can make you throw up since you’re tensing up the muscles in your abdomen. Typically this just means your lungs are a little fucked up by the amount of smoke you decided to inhale. I had a cold and my friends and I were driving around smoking while I had my own piece I was using. Naturally my friends gave me some shit telling me to take as big of hits as them and whatnot and I ended up puking from coughing too hard on the side of their house. Having a cold or anything like chest congestion is usually what makes me cough til puking
