My theory: Andy’s dad was young when Woody’s Roundup was popular, and he got a Woody doll, but when the show was cancelled due to the rise of the Lightyear movie, the company that made Woody’s Roundup stopped selling merchandise, including Woody dolls. The same thing (I think) also applies to Emily, just while Woody’s Roundup was popular.
