Phineas’ head doesn’t match his dad because it’s his step-dad and ferb is his step brother because in one episode Candice says she’s watching her brother and step brother and in another episode it shows a flashback and it only show phineas as a baby and it’s only in a few seconds it show ferb as a toddler or kid only holding hands with his father That’s how phineas is the evil scientist’s father.
