Tracy, your Salty Air looks great on you! ,I am planning a sweater for my 3 year old nephew and he told me what color he wants. After seeing the one for your grandson I may need to get some Drops Air. Kristy, I am not usually drawn to scarves but the Zick Zack looks like a very refined version of the crocheted zigzag Afghanis I made as a teenager. So nostalgic and so pretty in those yarns.

Thank you both for another full episode with so many makes. My “I want that” list just got longer. I think I’m moving towards wanting to knit smaller accessories (like scarves and smaller shawls) that don’t necessarily require my full attention. I’m currently working on a year long blanket where I’m doing a square a month (which keeps me working on it) and I’ll have a blanket at the end which I want. Of course that doesn’t include the 2 others just waiting for my return. Hope you both have a great few weeks.

Can you please tell me what weight yarns you used for the scarf shown after your hat? It’s cast on 53 stitches on 5mm needles. I’m in the US and not sure if you meant fingering weight for both. I do enjoy your channel. I’m just a fair knitter and want to improve enough to eventually knit socks. Thank you! Marilyn

Hi Marilyn! Yes, both yarns are fingering weight held together, but you could also use heavy dk or a light worsted on their own too. 😁💕

I wonder if the original designer realizes that all chickens have 2 wattles under their chin, not 1.
