1:55 2. Remove/unscrew the 5 white screws
2:11 3. Remove the module from the case
2:25 4. Install a stand-off
3:00 5. Apply the silicone rings on the stand-offs
3:19 6. Insert the Alumaze60 foam
3:42 7. Insert the module into the case
3:57 8. Screw in the module
4:11 9. Re-attach the keycaps
4:22 Installing the strap
4:32 1. Fold & Align the holes of the strap
4:42 2. Push the screw posts through the holes
4:59 3. Twist the screws into the screw posts
5:09 4. Wrap the silicone around the screws
5:24 5. Push the silicone piece through the hole
5:37 6. Wrap the loose end of the silicone around the screws
5:58 7. Tighten your screws

Thanks I needed this, my Wooting 60HE+ is coming in March 25th-April 6th. I've never had a custom keyboard before and I was scared to mess up such a expensive keyboard in the future. Hopefully my Wooting 60HE+ comes soon, I'm waiting patiently 😭

Oh you will not be disappointed. The keyboard is absolutely amazing. Other mechanical keyboards with 2mm actuation points feel so slow compared to this one. I can't go back now.

Will there be a calibration feature like Akko's HE boards, in case a user is in a tropical environment and has high fluctuations in temperature that could affect the switches?

Im fine with the stock case. I just want to be able to adjust the damn angle at which the keyboard sits! Paid $200 and it cant even do the same as my $10 keyboard.

Will there be different color accent pieces in the future? I'd love to get the AluMaze just to further support Wooting but Gold is not a color I like and simply leaving the piece out feels weird.

I feel like most people go to a 60% keyboard because they want a smaller footprint on their desk. Seems like an odd choice to put a random strap on the side that takes up deskspace and has no function. That being said, I'm typing this on a 60HE+ Module in a Tofu 60 Redux and I love it.

The bump in tactiles is there to give a feedback when the actuation is reached. That would be pointless in an HE switch where actuation can be programmed to be anywhere

Yes you can do that. The Wooting 60HE has a USB-A plug you can put into your laptop. Think any legion laptop should have those. If you only have USB-C ports you'd need a USB-A to USB-C adapter.

It's all personal preference but I find the Tofu60 a glorified brick. It's the most boring design but at least it's relatively affordable
