Worcester-Bosch greenstar HO9 faulty code no heating and no hot water boiler diagnosis and repair

Most pcbs faults are down to dry joints caused slack connections on the plug connectors or oxidation of the pins .its worth while just cleaning the contact or pins with a small nail file or give the connection block a little squeeze with plyer just to tighten up the connections .

Boiler made in 2020, was it out of warranty? Are you at Installer next week?

Hello i have this exact problem, how much would it cost to replace the pump part? Also what is the cost of the PCB if that needed replacing?

You should of tried doing a full factory reset on the boiler, sometimes that works.

so boiler gives fault that shows pump issue and you had to call technical??????

These new ‘high efficient’ pumps fail at a high rate . Older regular pumps used to last 10-20 years easily 👍
