I count myself as a serious runner but I truly believe that the least important thing about parkruns is the actual running! These videos will be so great for you to watch for you and Iona and your future family and friends to watch in the future.

Aww, she's so cute. Congratulations on achieving 49 parkruns - a big one next time! My granddaughter is 4 1/2 and I'm looking forward to running with her. How old was Iona when she did her first 5km parkrun?
