You have to make the caption for table or figure before making cross reference. I try and it works :)

Hello and thank you for the video. I would like to know if there is any way of changing the cross-reference font automatically. When I try to insert a cross-reference from a table in my document, it appears in a font text totally different from the one I'm using in the document. Thank you in advance.

Question: Instead of using page. What if says here or go to page 2 here with the hyperlink visible, sometimes people don't see that the page you listed has hyperlink and they won't click.

In the newer versions of word (2016 and after) cross references to bookmarks or to numbered items appear as external links in the related documents list (go to File -> Info -> Related documents) , although the link refers to the document itself. Am I doing anything wrong or is this normal?

Nice Video David. can you help with the following... I want to use cross reference for a para numberings(/bullets). And whenever the number is changed during document editing then cross reference has to change its para number accordingly. how to do this? ex: animals-3, inserts-1, birds-2 1. ant 2. parrot 3. tiger animals has to set to 3rd point.. and if i add 3. human...then tiger will be moved to 4th point automatically... so now animals-3 has to change animals-4. (according to cross reference settings) I am unable to do this. HOW TO DO THIS?
