Word 2016 - Double Space - How To Put Double Line Spacing on Microsoft Paragraph - In MS Office 365

Hi prof. Morgan Thank you for video it was very educational It helped me well but still I got an issue can't find out how to fix it I have done exactly as your tutorial in this video for paragraph formattings and after paragraph spacing, and sat line spacing to single and also after spacing to 0 But still when I press enter to go to next line and start new paragraph, it will start next paragraph in half of rest of page, and as page get smaller the distance between paragraphs get less How can I solve it I'll be glad to hear your help thank you so much man ❤️

Hi Ali, I am glad you enjoyed the video, thank you for watching. Try doing a Control+A to select all of the text on your document. Then reset the paragraph spacing settings how you like. If you do it that way, it will make sure all future paragraphs contain the same formatting as you selected. I hope this helps!

What about changing the line spacing within a text box?

Hi Iowangal, To change spacing within a text box, highlight the text in the text box. Then go to the Home Tab, Paragraph Group and click the Line Spacing button. From there, you should be able to adjust line spacing to any type of spacing you prefer.
