4:57 You didn't explain how to actually write a footnote continuation on the next page.

Hi, Once you have clicked on the Footnote Continuation Notice in the Footnotes box move to the note pane below it and type the text that you will use for the continuation notice. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks vicky

I'm trying to start my footnotes from one on each chapters and it is not working.
@vickybisbach37294 жыл бұрын
Hi, Are you using section breaks between your chapters? If so, you can tell it to restart the numbering for each section. This is in the Footnote and Endnote dialog box, under the Format section, navigate to the numbering option and click on the drop-down next to Continuous and change it to Restart each section. I hope this helps. Thanks, Vicky

How to put multiples references in footnote as one line (1.., 2..,.3...,4,...) (column) on word 2016.
@vickybisbach37296 жыл бұрын
Hi, Sorry for the delayed response. This can be accomplished from the Footnote and Endnote dialog box. Click on the References tab. Click the Footnote dialog box launcher, which is the arrow in the lower right corner of the Footnotes group. This will open the Footnote and Endnote dialog box. There is a section called Footnote layout. Click the drop down arrow for the Columns: and choose the number of columns you wish. Please let m know if this helps of if you have any further questions. Thank you! Vicky
