@Coach Bremseth thank you for your kind words. Outlook and Access are on my list of video ideas but the demand for those videos is much less than the videos for Excel and Word. I will be release Excel videos for the remainder of the summer and I’m slowly working on PowerPoint videos. If you have any special request let me know.

Hey Brendan-did you think the Outlook exam is easy? I have an exam voucher that is going to expire in 2 months and I need to take either Word or Outlook. Did you think the Outlook exam was easier than the Word exam?

@fmih The Outlook exam is harder than most people anticipate. It also doesn't follow the testing format of the other exams. I believe that the Word exam is the easier of the two exams.

@fmih you are given around 35 different task questions but they are all individual questions. In the other programs, you are given 6-7 projects to complete and each one has multiple task to complete for each projects.

Hi Brendan! I am going to take the exam in just few days. I have some questions: +) Is the exam interface similar to the practice tests interface in GMetrix? +) Supposing that I am doing a project but I don't know how to do one task. If I save the current file of the project and move to other project, when I return to that unfinished project, will the changes I made to the file be lost (like I use restart project button) or not? @Hải Nguyễn Hoàng you ask a couple of great questions. 1) Yes the exam interface is very similar to the GMetrix Practice Exams. 2) As soon as you move on to the next project, Certiport saves your work. When you come back to the project at the end of the exam, if you have time, you will pick up where you left off.
