Harreh Pottah the difference is that hermione and ron always liked each other (not that they will ever admitted it) but casey and derek truly didn't like the other when they first met, that's what makes it even more exciting! It's a slow burn relationship. They go from disliking each other to loving each other! They slowly develop their feelings, being fraternal at first bc they're step brothers after all and then becoming something romantic. A truly unique story

If you adapt a Life With Derek episode and change a few things, you are now the copyright holder of this adaptation. And you can sue anybody claiming it as their own. Even though you yourself violated copyright by using Life With Derek without permission. A very important issue when it comes to copyright is recognizability. Did you just change a few minor details or are there significant changes?
