This is fixed in version 3.18. Just about every WordPress plug-in runs into a security issue eventually. It's important to find tools that are well maintained and not just hobby projects.

This functionality is typically called "user role editing" and is unfortunately not a part of the WP Adminify package, but I wouldn't be surprised if they eventually add it. In the meantime there are a lot of great plug-ins, one free one to check out is called "User Role Editor". It has 700K active installs and is very reliable. wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/

Thanks for the comment Steven. I've literally had clients want to quit and move to webflow or kajabi just because WordPress looks "old". 🤣 Hopefully WP Core fixes things but I don't love the UX path they're on with block themes.

WP Adminify has a lot more features. WP Admin Pages is focused on adding Admin pages (I demo this feature in the Adminify video). Adminify re-skins the entire WP Admin and adds a bunch of helpful utilities that you normally need to install multiple plug-ins for (duplicate pages, modify login page, login redirects, and several more).

Great question, there is no perceivable impact on speed, but obviously that is going to be dependent on your hosting. On my site, activating the plug-in increases memory usage from 67MB to 82MB. For a site with decent hosting this is negligible, but if you're on cheap shared hosting or an agency putting too many sites on a server (don't do this) you will want to be aware that it isn't nothing.
