I've just tested it and it seems to show up for me. Try going to plugins and installing elementor manually. Then go back to starter templates and check if it shows up. Maybe try reinstalling the starter templates plugin, if that doesn't work.

For a lot of websites which implies higher storage and traffic you have to choose a high payment plan, or you can start from small and upgrade subsequently. Hi! Thanks for the comment. Well, you basically need a sever to build the website on. There is a way to self host it but it‘s a bit more complicated. I would buy a hostinger plan, then skip the domain part (you can choose one later). You can follow the tutorial easily and you have 30 days to simply cancel your hostinger plan and get a full refund (30 days money back guarantee). I always do it when I create these videos.
