Nah man the you can't say that it's inversely proportional otherwise it should be given in the book there are some catches like if you are saying it's inversely proportional you have to prove that 1/2mv²=1/mgh and the statement proof will come as false

i don't know whether the method is absolutely correct but i definitely know that the number taken and calculation at the beginning is wrong which has absolutely made difference in further calculation (just to remind).. it's 5000 horse power and in watts it would be 373*10^4 W or 3.73*10^6 W .. moreover , thanks for the answer !
