There is a reason why the fan base dislikes this era. It ruined a string of amazing albums Britney had. It’s the album nobody asked for including Britney herself. She was already overworked with Vegas and her team wanted some new material out and if you listen to the album you can see her heart was not in it. Hence why the fan base loves Glory, the album that came after this mess. She had control and passion and it shows in the songs.

Haha as a Britney fan… this is one video I wish I had not seen, simply because it’s a song that eve though it’s iconic… it’s not Britney singing and there was not magic in it. Britney always has the big production in her songs and this is simply not Britney, and yeah she was practically forced to release a song she doesn’t even sing.

Why are people saying she isn't sing this cause it's clearly her voice in lead part with a lot efects especially in second verse time I guess :? It's a strange song vocally and experimental plus she wasn't in back vocals at all (bridge part).. But it's her accent thing used in singing + acting singing style can be heard at word endings.. anyway cool track.. would be better with less vocal effects but anyway I enjoy it

The myah Marie demo of this song, she's using a British accent (she's not British either) and I believe Britney just liked the sound of it, as she often plays with accents. She did the same with scream and shout as the original singer (tulisa from Ndubz, is British). Also it's well know in the fandom work bitch barely has Britney vocals in, it's mostly myah Marie and they are pieced together for some awful reason. But I wish will.i.am wasn't involved in this whole album, he ruined it.

before this goes live, i want to let you know that Britney does not sing on this track, it's her backing vocalist Myah Marie. Britney was way too busy preparing for her Vegas residency to record Britney Jean, so they had Myah come in and do most of the leads and backings for Britney. the only songs that were fully Britney's leads on the album were Perfume and Don't Cry. it's very sad honestly.
