She had to go. Period. As a manager at my job during the first 90 days if I saw the signs you described I would have moved on from her. Her not remembering the processes, problem one. Her complaining, problem two. Coming in late, problem three. Lastly the PTO. She was showing signs of disrupting the work and team environment. I can't have that. Girllllll!!! We just rid of this girl who was terrible at my job. I work at a gas station convenient store chain and this girl has been here for over 6 months and still wouldn't do her own work! Calls out all the time, was fighting customers and all kinds of stuff. So glad she's gone 🤣

My friend had a similar issue with a new coworker last month. New older 👱🏻 lady acted like she could do the job. But my friend had to keep training her. She would go to their boss and say she was being mean to her. Complaints every day about something. Calling in sick. Went to the boss multiple times about stuff. Finally my friend told her to her face that she didn’t like her…🤣 so the lady went to the boss and said racism…the lady thought she was slick but all the stuff was being documented and they ended up firing her..lol

OMG...I recently had a similar situation at my job...it can be a little relaxed but this chick took full advantage. I've never seen anybody just get hired and come to work late 4 out of the 5 days in a week for a month straight, not just 10-15 minutes but an hour and don't call nobody. Then since we were closed to the public due to the panorama she would literally take out her weave and wash her hair at work, she did soo much more and me and my coworkers just could not believe it. She was gone after about 7 months.

I was a library page years ago! I wonder how she even got hired. I know others were promoted but something was clearly a little off about her and, working at a library, I know those carts can stack up real fast and it’s cumbersome when that happens. Girl! I have a co worker who would throw keyboard and mice at the wall. He could get multiple keyboards and mice in his desk so when he breaks one he can replace it quickly.
