I completed my work coach interview last week and I got the job. The question were not like this but more behavioural. I used examples based on your other civil service behaviour videos and that how I managed to pass. Thank you for all your help🙏🏾

By the way thanks to your videos, i did my situational judgement test which had 20 questions in 40 minutes and a written application of 500 words and i passed both on the same day. High score too. Now i need to prepare for the interview which will be on: 1)Communicating and influencing. 2) Managing a quality service. 3) Making effective decisions. Help!

He actually asked me talk about your self and what you wanna add ( like what you have extra to add ) it was kinda easy but i was so stressed he called me back today and asked me to sign the contract in Tuesday but im still waiting to hear from other companies that fits my profile

​@@0Really_0Riley I had to redo the pre-recorded interview 3 times as there were upload problems. But by the 3rd time I was far more comfortable. I basically read the answers from my screen. They allow you to consult notes if you want. I bought Richard's 25 questions thing for a fiver. I highly recommend that, loads of extras come with it too. Really chuffed with the amount you get for a fiver! I'd suggest copying Richard's 25 answers into a document and edit them to your personal experience or talking style. None of the 25 questions came up exactly in the actual interview but the overall themes are covered. So in essence the same questions arose but re-worded. After the questions there is 60 seconds to have a think before the recording starts. Then you have 3mins to answer the question. You can stop the recording if your answer doesn't last 3mins. I only finished it last night so I'm not sure when I'll hear back from them.

@@robyngrant8815 I don't think I did great tbh it was weird being pre recorded. The interviewer asks a question, you have 1 minute to think then 3 minutes to answer. Try and get some good examples of competencies ready.

Some people say that there will be 3 questions on my strengths and 3 on behaviours but some people have said there are 6 questions only on behaviours. Can someone please help me. I did a pre recorded interview and 5 days later they emailed and asked for me to redo a question. I redid the question and my post-it note was becoming visible slightly in the camera then eventually it started to become very visible. I wasn't actually reading off this and as I was answering the question I took it off, said "um' but carried on immediately. Do you think I failed? Really worried now
