I’m a 14 year old girl who got diagnosed with narcolepsy and cataplexy in February of this year and i honestly thought my life was over and that narcolepsy would stop me from living my dream life let alone a normal life until i discovered Tam. I love you just getting in the flow zone and working. It is diffucult for everyone to get in the flow zone and i get so distracted whenever I try to get in the flow zone. But when I watch your videos it just keeps reminding me that the more I practice focussing the easier it will be to get in a flow zone and stay in a flow zone. When you keep putting yourself out of the comfort zone the easier it becomes.
