Really really love when you show what a balanced lifestyle looks like. Most productivity influencers unintentionally message that, if you want to be ambitious, you have to be go-go-go all the time. Tam congrats for getting Matcha! I just wanted to say, please bring a friend for her, because cats need other cats around them. Many people just adopt one cat and think they are gonna be perfectly okay alone, but she is gonna feel very lonely especially when you're away working♥️

I'm so glad you talked about the 75 hard challenge and bring real about how you feel and think about it! Nowadays many people on social media just pretend to be working hard and it's so refreshing to see someone being honest to herself and prioritzing her own health. It's good you tried but it's better to decide giving up on it when it's killing you. I tried this challenge as well and it killed me after a week too. I feld like a loser after giving up but now i see the challenge is just tooooo hard😂❤

Hi Tam! Love seeing you. About what you've said on the 75 hard challenge completely resonates with me. I just knew how unhumanly rigid is since earlier. What truly matters is the commitment and intention when doing so! If it didn't work, adjusting is fine or just leaving it as you said. An idea was creating a 22 operation challenge for myself, is just on spot since it takes about 21 days to form a habit. I'm so happy for these past vlogs, and content you've been giving to us!
