One thing that always gets my heart racing is painting my client’s handbags, but to tell you the truth, I absolutely love the thrill of it! ❤️ For a few years now, apart from painting on canvases, I moved on to painting on handbags as well! A little back story, I actually started to paint on bags when I accidentally stained my own with fries oil and I painted on it to cover it up. It turned out so well and I was pretty proud of my work so now this this is something I enjoy doing for myself and for some special clients who would love to have my work on their bags. I met her last year on one of her events with Royal Gem, and I must say, she was so elegant despite the crowd around her. Luckily, I got the opportunity to take a picture with her. Me and my cousin was about to take a photo with her when suddenly another person decided to go ahead of us. I saw the puzzled expression on her face but she carried the situation elegantly. After taking a photo with the person ahead of us, I was shocked to see her offering to hold my phone and take selfie with us. I saw the genuine excitement when she saw us. That small gesture indeed made my day. It’s really a pleasure to meet someone like her.

To those saying “It isn’t the best painting in the world” and “Her paintings are redundant” if you have a true eye for art then you know that it isn’t all about precision, accuracy or making something seem so lifelike. What truly makes an artwork standout is character and it’s ability to convey, express and represent something and make the audience feel something. You’ll better understand what I mean if you look up Wassily Kandinksy's "Studie zu Improvisation 3" this simple yet mesmerizing artwork sold for $21.2 Million. Personally, I think Ms. Heart’s artworks have character and mystery. The eyes in the painting in this bag are so mesmerizing like they’re trying to jump out of the bag and say something. We all have our own taste and preference but please appreciate the art and if what you’re about to say isn’t an educated opinion or constructive then please keep your negativity and criticisms to yourself. Usually artists have a single style in creating their arts (brushstrokes, color palettes, art subjects, theme, etc) which makes their works easily distinguished from other artists. So in this case, you are seeing Heart Evangelista in all of her paintings. And I think that is a good sign :)

Yo Berova OP isn’t saying that there’s something wrong with painting only one skin color, but painting different skin tones, shapes, etc develops artistic flexibility and prevents “same face syndrome” which a lot of artists suffers from because they limit their work purely by their own aesthetic.
