I'm so done with the graveyard shift. Even if most of the opportunities are there, I said no to all of them because of the working hours. I'm just grateful that I can work during normal hours now. I think you're the only guy in the Day in The Life genre that I follow now. Most of the others are from female vloggers :) It's also interesting to see the day in the life of doctors, nurses, and hospital staff doing the night shift. But I guess they're too busy to document their "days." :)

new subbie here, Richard. I can relate bec. my son also wfh and on a night shift, too. great tips from yours. if I may add, you can drink vitamin supplements, too like Iron and Vit. C. keep on vlogging! 😊

hi richard. i had a project before that requires me to work on graveyard shift, it is the awful days of my life. i cant sleep during day time. and my weekends were sacrificed coz i need to catch up on my sleep.

I used to sleep nman na during weekdays pero kpag sat sun ayun paiba iba tulog haha
