Mamma, your youtube is everything I need. I only have one son and have been studying to carreer change for the past year and now I'm applying from jobs and terrified to send my 2yold to daycare. It's not a good area, we don't have good schools around and we live abroad so he doesnt speak the language quite yet. I know its not easy what you do but its POSSIBLE, thats all I nedded to see. I watched your first video and then this video! I have a 10, 3 and 2 year old and I work from home. These videos were very helpful. Thank you so much! It confirms that I just need to reimagine what my work day looks like. What do you do on the days where the kids require that extra attention?

What a great mix of ages! We have a tutor/babysitter that’s pretty flexible. I found her on care.com and she comes over for a few hours before naps to spend time with them. If she’s not here, I will rotate having them in the office with me and use a virtual background if I’m on camera. Some reason when they are together they create chaos 😆 And take advantage of short breaks throughout the day to check in with them. My two year old is a little clingy at times when she was teething or sick, in those cases I'll let my team know to work with me and my time. Last thing, I try to rotate new activities for them that will keep their attention and they can do their own (quiet time) If all fails, it’s ok to let them know at a certain time we will do XYZ and set a timer so they know when to expect your undivided time. Just interviewed for a remote finance position and this is my first job agter having 2 kids , im so nervous scared , Im doing my besy to prepare and figure out how to focus on work but also be attentive and meet my children's needs at the same time.
