Hey hun, we just stopped breastfeeding at 27 months. When we were bf, naps were much easier but bedtime routines were done by my husband. She would still get up once a night for feeding but overall I think switching with my husband helped.

Just interviewed for a remote finance position and this is my first job agter having 2 kids , im so nervous scared , Im doing my besy to prepare and figure out how to focus on work but also be attentive and meet my children's needs at the same time. Im happy to be in the position to have this kinds of challenges, Things could be worse 😅

Hello , I'm just starting back working after having 2 kids , I recently interviewed for a remote job and I'm trying to find ways to work from home with two small kids , I seems hard but I really want to be able to do this and do online schooling and be able to be available for my kids , You inspire me 🙌🏾

It is definitely possible, each day is not like the other but I can promise you that I love every moment of being there for them. My team knows my kids very well now 😆

Believe me I still have my moments. Trying to keep a baby quiet on calls is nearly impossible sometimes. Breastfeeding was my saving grace at times. believe me when I say as hard as it was, I look back now and can recall every milestone, every new word, every special moment. It does get easier I promise, it’s ok to feel how you feel. You got this 🫶🏽

This stage was the hardest for me as well but now he have a better understanding of when I’m working and when I’m not. What got me through it was scheduling his naps and sticking with it.
