Hey girl! Regarding the deodorant, you might be sensitive to baking soda that is used in natural deodorants. I tried regular native and that happened to me so i switched to the native sensitive line and that works amazing for me.

I’m not sure if anybody else mentioned this regarding the deodorant. But! It’s because you’ve probably been using regular deodorant before with aluminum. You’re technically supposed to detox for 2 weeks (no deodorant at all) before starting an aluminum free. It’s very interesting and there’s a lot to it, might be worth researching (:

With the deodorant, it may be because of the bicarb in it. Try a sensitive one which doesn't have the bicarb, it should help 😊

Try dove sensitive deodorant. Just made the switch!! Amazing! I used to get rashes and burning armpits with anything else!

As far as natural deodorants go, I've tried soooo many. Native was ok, but it also started hurting me. It's not the most "natural", but the Dove aluminum free deodorant feels great, works and smells nice! Worth a try. :)

I’ve been watching you for so many years!! ❤️❤️Regarding deodorant.. my arm pits would hurt if I used deodorant within like 24 hrs of shaving my pits. The native one would cause irritation. It says on the back of lots of deodorants to not use directly after shaving. Who knew!? regarding birth control, look into FAM! I’ve been using it for nearly 3 years and intend to use it the rest of my life to avoid pregnancy. It’s about tracking your body’s fertility signs to identify when you’re fertile and when you aren’t. It’s eye opening and fun and really helps you understand your body!

Hey Tori! It may also be tendinosis! I am a sports medicine student and I also experienced what I thought was a stress fracture last year and it ended up being tendinosis of my extensor digitorum longus! I pray that it isn't a stress fracture for you!

Did you just miss one day of birth control? Because I also used to feel so nauseas when I would miss a few days. Also, I’m not sure if missing just 1 day would give you that much energy! I got off of birth control in august 2021 and it’s honestly the best decision I made for myself! 🥰
