Change Visa, ma please i am doubting if that is possible, Tourist visa can never be changed, and also getting the Visa is only 50% of entering Korea, the Visa does not guarantee you to enter Korea.

You can't just go to immigration and change visa without you telling them you already have a job, u need a job first, before u change visa
