Sir, pls don't mind.... Is it really true...? Actually it's really deficult to get a work visa in uk and the uk govt is controlling the migration... In this situation would they be ready to do such things like that somebody can change their visiting visa to work visa.., are you sure about that...?

This is not automatic, you have to apply for the job, get interviewed if successful. The company will give COS, then you will go back to your country and apply for your work visa. Hope this helps.

A visitor visa will not allow you to work in the UK. You will need a work permit that allows you to work. You might need to consult a legal adviser for the best route to follow. I hope this helps
