Try using a cutting wheel on an air powered die grinder, you will find it to be much more manageable, but it will be slower. Once you get used to that tool you may be more comfortable with the larger grinder.

You have to decide what you want to keep and set your goals. BMW will take a lot of work but I know you will love it. The 40 sounds great hope you can sell it to a good person it needs to be driven.👍

The 2002 will take a lot of work, but will be a nice car if you keep on it. It's a lot of time and dedication to finish a project. I agree with you about the 32, 40 and the other one travis just did a mock up on. Good luck Kelly!

Hi from Australia. 40 ford looks great. At least you can work outside with a bit of sun😊. Too hot here. I've worked on quite a few of those BMW's over the years if you need any mechanical tips feel free. Enjoy the projects 👍

They are passionate about the hobbies and that's what makes it great 👍. I use a hook tool for pulling gaskets and things like that out. A set goal and list would help you two but it seems like you may have already done that 😂. Great work the bmw looks good as a toad racerr and probably easier by making aluminum interior panels instead of trying to restore it

Man the 40 has come a long way, its a heck of a nice car I'd have a hard time selling it. But I understand why too. Just can't wait to see you guys get a keeper done and driving. The kids need to grow up in the back seat of a classic. They enjoy it so much

I always use the small Putty knife to get the old rubber off car windows...you want to get one. it will sure help

That BMW is going to be a challenge ..but when finally finished you will love ❤ it and if you sell the other person will appreciate it too. This is a time when BMW made a good lasting car not the money pit they manufacture today.
