Pro tip with cleaning the vitamix: add water with some soap directly into the blender right after using then pop the lid on and blend for about 30 seconds. Then all you need to do is rinse and your blender bucket will be clean! So easy! You most likely still will need to clean the lid manually. That still isn’t that bad compared to washing the whole thing,

Hi Sophie! I noticed that when you do your turns you're looking down at the floor. I danced for quite awhile and to help balance for turns we were taught to focus on one point and lead with our shoulders and our head will follow. Look up spotting! Hope this helps your turns in skating
