Frank, RE is a Journey and like life it comes with ups and downs. I consider myself successful because I can support myself and I am not a burden to anyone. I own my house and one duplex. I live a frugal life. Frugality to me is not depreciation. It is a life style. I have a picture that read " The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything. Thank you for all you do.

Love the video Frank, I think I am successful. I got a family, I am still healthy and when it comes to real estate, I could frugally live and that is all I care about. Life is about enjoying what we have when you think you have enough. I have enough, that is success to me. Thanks for asking this question.
