Hey Sagi I used to get super bad cramps where I used to faint and vomit with them and then I went on magnesium supplements to help me sleep but they ended up helping my period cramps which had helped me a huge amount. I don’t know if this would work for everyone but it would be worth taking it for a month. Magnesium isn’t expensive so it’s worth trying for you.

Just fyi, for plus size both TEMU and SHEIN are good. Just keep in mind TEMU is cheaper but also cheaper material and always size up and SHEIN is a little more expensive but the material is way better and sizing is more accurate, hope this helps!!
