Sibling work is my absolute biggest passion. It was way back when I did that same job on a cardiac floor and it still is my favorite in birth work too.

As someone who is about to start my social work program, how did you pick medical social work? I know my program will have an internship my last year but I’m trying to decide whether to do it at a hospital or at a school, any recommendations?

I am also in your shoes! I start in September but from my own research I believe you must go for a masters in social work after your bachelors to specialize in medical social work I am still working out the logistics but I believe that’s the next step (also depends on where you live) Good luck!
